A Brazilian-Australian chef with over 16 years of professional experience, including 12 years in Sydney working in restaurants and high-end catering.
Icaro cooked across more than 20 countries, worked as an executive chef, and today specialises in private dining experiences, long-table events, and intimate celebrations where food, hospitality, and connection matter.
My style blends modern techniques with vibrant flavours, always focusing on seasonal produce and a relaxed, elegant experience for you and your guests.
